JEFFREY D. MIRAGLIOTTA obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University in 2005, and his Juris Doctor degree from The City University of New York School of Law in 2008.  He has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey since 2008 (including the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey), and in New York since 2009.
 
After graduating law school, Jeff served as law clerk to the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County in 2008-2009.  After his clerkship Jeff practiced law at London Fischer LLP in New York City from 2009-2014, where he represented insurance companies and their insureds in a range of tort and insurance matters, including Labor Law and automobile defense.  His clients included electrical contractors, general contractors, construction managers and insurance brokers in all facets of litigation from inception through resolution.  Jeff also represented the City of New York and the County of Nassau in various tort defense matters, and has counseled insurance companies on coverage involving various lines of insurance. 
 
After his tenure at London Fischer, Jeff was an associate attorney with Gladstein, Keane and Flomenhaft PLLC in New York City from 2014-2015 where he obtained further experience in premises liability litigation.  His work at Gladstein also involved the successful drafting and argument of appeals in the First and Second Departments of New York State.
 
Jeff joined gartner + bloom PC in 2015.  His practice focuses on insurance defense, insurance coverage, construction law, and premises liability.  His reported decisions include Frenchman v. Lynch, 97 A.D.3d 632, 948 N.Y.S.2d 396 (2d Dep’t 2012), and Salazar v. City of New York, 104 A.D.3d 931, 962 N.Y.S.2d 330 (2d Dep’t 2013).
