Daniel X. Montagna is an associate in gartner + bloom’s PC’s Massachusetts Office, concentrating in insurance defense. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Dan graduated Cum Laude from Western New England College School of Law in 2010. Prior to law school, Dan attended Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, earning his Bachelor’s degree in History.
While in law school, Dan enjoyed many experiences in and out of the classroom that helped build the skills he uses every day in his practice. As a member of the Western New England Law Review, Dan honed his writing talents while producing and editing articles and notes. During a semester learning under the Honorable Vanessa Bryant in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, Dan saw how to approach a case from a jurist’s perspective while drafting opinions and memoranda for the Judge and her clerks.
After law school, Dan practiced for more than a decade with a boutique litigation firm in Springfield, Massachusetts.
