JACQUELINE A. MUTTICK graduated cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law where she was also a member of the Dispute Resolution Society Competition Team. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and New York.

After graduating law school, Jacqueline served as law clerk to the Honorable Christine Farrington, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County, in the Law Division. Prior to joining gartner + bloom PC, she worked for an insurance defense firm on a variety of cases including toxic tort defense, environmental defense, construction defect defense, personal injury matters, labor and employment cases, and premises and general liability claims.

Jacqueline’s practice focuses on insurance defense, construction defect litigation, and premises liability.
