JUSTIN A. DOMENECH has been successfully resolving disputes and advancing his clients’ interests for over a decade to date. During this time Justin has provided litigation as well transactional services to clients ranging in scope from neighborhood businesses to major corporations and government entities. He has moreover regularly appeared before a variety of New York Courts and Administrative bodies, as well as in alternate dispute resolution forums, in order to advocate on behalf of his clients.
His practice background includes experience with such issues as: premises liability, risk transfer, entertainment, New York Labor Law, Dram Shop, maritime law, Workers’ Compensation, property damage, corporate operations and disputes, not-for-profit, asset protection, professional discipline, administrative law, and motor vehicle accidents.
Justin’s education also included comparative studies in Germany, Russia and Turkey. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and Massachusetts, as well as in the Southern and Eastern Federal Districts of New York. He is an Associate with Gartner & Bloom’s New York City Office, where he focuses on New York Labor Law and premises liability.
