Robert F. Fanning is an associate attorney in gartner + bloom PC’s New York office where he focuses his practice on insurance defense, New York Labor Law, construction defect, and premises liability matters. He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
Robert earned his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from Elmira College. While in law school, Robert was a Research Editor for the ACTEC Law Journal and a member of the Veterans Law Student Association.
Prior to joining gartner + bloom, Robert was an associate at a Wall Street law firm, where he focused his practice on a wide range of construction related litigation, including New York Labor Law, premises liability, commercial motor vehicle, as well as defending architects and engineers in professional liability matters.
Robert served in the United States Marine Corps as a Reconnaissance Marine from 2007 to 2012. He deployed overseas on multiple occasions including in 2011, to Sangin Valley, Afghanistan as a member of 3d Reconnaissance Battalion, Bravo Company.
