George Matureli attended Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in the Evening Division. He focused his studies on pre-trial procedure and trial practice. He was recognized on the Dean’s List for several semesters in law school. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the City University of New York – John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
Before becoming a Law Clerk, George obtained over 10 years of paralegal experience in complex litigation, including labor law, construction defect, commercial litigation, product liability and personal injury matters. He currently serves as an Affiliate Member of the New York City Bar Association’s Construction Law Committee for the 2025–2026 term, where he contributes to policy discussions, reviews legislation, and supports educational initiatives on construction law in New York City.
