Jerry Lynch handles civil defense matters including construction/labor law, premises liability, property damage, commercial trucking, and products liability claims.
Mr. Lynch handles matters at all stages: from pre-suit investigation through to trial, appeal, or alternative resolution. He has represented clients across a broad range of industries, and include the Museum of Modern Art, New York Presbyterian Hospitals, Unilever, NYU Langone, and Pepsi Co., as well as major financial institutions, developers, and property managers throughout New York City.
In addition to litigation, Mr. Lynch also prepares and negotiates construction contracts for owners and contractors and provides risk transfer and coverage analysis, including applicability of employer liability (1B) policies.
Mr. Lynch has been an Adjunct Professor at NYU since 2018, where he teaches courses on the law and ethics. He also serves as an officer on the Board of Directors for Betances Health Center, a federally qualified health center that has provided care for over 50 years, regardless of a patient’s ability to pay.
