In a high stakes multimillion dollar premises liability case, our team showcased unparalleled skill and strategy, securing a total defense verdict.
Utilizing cutting-edge video technology, we effectively dismantled the plaintiff's narrative, revealing critical inconsistencies in their account of the accident. Our flawless presentation included compelling evidence from EMS paramedics, confirming that the plaintiff left the scene in good health~ uninjured, unscathed from any alleged ceiling debris. Through expert testimony, we established that the alleged injuries were due to pre-existing conditions.
Standout highlights included when plaintiff admitted on the stand to having prior chiropractic treatment for neck and back issues, which played a pivotal role in our defense. Ultimately, the jury recognized that our clients were not responsible for plaintiff’s claimed injuries, delivering a resounding verdict in our favor.
