Amanda Mezer

Amanda Mezer is an associate in gartner + bloom PC’s Florida Office where she focuses her practice on insurance coverage and defense cases.

Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University, her Master of Arts in Science in Public Health from Gillings School of Global Public Health and her Juris Doctorate Degree from Florida State University College of Law, where she earned her Business Law Certificate with Honors. While in law school, Amanda served as Article and Notes Editor and Executive Editor of the Business Review and was also on the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law. She won the book awards for Global Health and Pharmaceutical Law and the Business Law Clinic. Additionally, she externed for The Honorable Morris Silberman at the Second District Court of Appeal during law school.

Prior to joining gartner + bloom PC, Amanda worked for over three years at a national insurance defense firm, specifically focusing on third-party coverage, first-party property disputes, bad faith and extra-contractual matters. She is passionate about advocating for her client while also coming to an amicable resolution, specifically through settlements, with the other parties and their counsel.
