Avery is committed to providing strategic, client-focused representation. He brings extensive litigation experience to gartner + bloom PC, having handled more than 400 matters across New Jersey courts, including landlord–tenant disputes, real property litigation, contract enforcement, and debt collection. Avery has developed strong courtroom advocacy skills through frequent appearances before judges and has represented clients through every stage of litigation, from initial filings to resolution.
A graduate of Washington University School of Law, Avery earned both his J.D. and an LL.M. in Negotiation & Dispute Resolution, where he was recognized with the Richard Sher Award for Excellence in Mediation & Dispute Resolution. This advanced training in settlement strategy and conflict resolution strengthens his capacity to achieve favorable, client-focused results both in and out of the courtroom. Avery is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Tennessee, with admission to the New York bar currently pending.
Outside the office, Avery is a musician, sketch artist, and avid runner, bringing creativity and energy to everything he does.
