Mr. Franklin is a civil trial attorney with over 20 years of diverse litigation experience across multiple states, including New York, California, Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Franklin has significant experience handling personal injury actions, including automotive liability, premises liability, and industrial worksite injuries.
Prior to joining gartner + bloom PC, Mr. Franklin was Senior Litigation Attorney for the City of Gainesville, Florida, home of the University of Florida. In that capacity, he handled all tort litigation through trial, and managed a host of municipal and employment claims on behalf of the city. Mr. Franklin also served as Senior Litigation Attorney for a large commercial insurer, and as Litigation Counsel with the New York City Office of the Comptroller.
Mr. Franklin graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Political Science. He obtained his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA, graduating with distinction.
