Giancarlo focuses his practice on the defense of insurance carriers in the areas of labor law, construction, auto and premises liability cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Giancarlo worked as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department, Special Federal Litigation Division, where he defended the City of New York in federal actions alleging constitutional and civil rights violations pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983.
Giancarlo began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases from inception to disposition.
