Joshua R. Asch is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on complex litigation and insurance defense. He handles a diverse portfolio of matters involving Labor Law, products liability, general liability, transportation, and construction defect claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Joshua served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted firearm, robbery, narcotics, and animal cruelty offenses. He draws on the analytical rigor, judgment, and courtroom experience developed as a prosecutor to strategically evaluate and defend each matter. Whether through dispositive motion practice, negotiated resolution, or trial preparation, Joshua is focused on positioning cases efficiently and effectively while pursuing favorable outcomes for his clients.
Outside the practice of law, Joshua enjoys following Formula 1 and traveling.
