Keti Mehta serves as the Chief Growth/ Operations Officer at gartner + bloom, an AV rated, nationally recognized, premier insurance defense firm with offices in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. With over 25 years of experience in risk management, property casualty insurance claims and business management operations, Keti plays a critical role in driving the firm’s marketing/ growth initiatives while bolstering operational excellence. In her capacity as COO, Keti oversees the daily operations, focusing on enhancing client services, streamlining workflows, and fostering a culture of innovation within the firm.
Beyond her marketing and growth initiatives, Keti is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders in the legal field and actively participates in various insurance associations. As a Licensed NY Property & Casualty insurance Broker and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) licensed by the Internation Coach Federation, she emphasizes the importance of continuous learning, risk mitigation and regularly engages in leadership development and coaching.
Prior to joining gartner + bloom, Keti held executive leadership roles in risk and insurance firms where she served as a key growth accelerator in building high performing teams, driving strategic partnerships with insurance carriers and serving as an advocate for her insurance clients.
Keti holds a Master of Arts in Business Transformation from Columbia University’s Teachers College and is a licensed Certified Mediator/Conflicts Resolution Coach.
