Lisa Oonk concentrates her commercial litigation practice in the areas of construction and insurance coverage litigation.
As an active member the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, she is a past chair of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee and has been a vice chair of that committee since 1997. She has written extensively about insurance coverage and extra-contractual liability issues and regularly contributes to the Insurance Law Reporter published by the International Risk Management Institute.
Lisa graduated summa cum laude from Lehigh University with a B.A. degree in history. She was also a member of the varsity women’s tennis. Lisa received her J.D. degree from the UCLA School of Law in 1988. She is licensed to practice in both California (since 1988) and Florida (since 1994).
Lisa remains an avid tennis player and volunteers with USTA Florida and as a coach with Special Olympics.
