MICHAEL HEMWAY is an associate in gartner + bloom’s New York office where he focuses his practice on insurance defense, construction law, automobile liability and premises liability.
Prior to joining gartner + bloom PC, Michael practiced law at in a New York City law firm where he handled matters for various New York City public entities, major insurance companies, a commercial trucking and logistics company, a major energy company and various big box stores.
Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University and his Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center. While in law school, he was a member of the Jessup Moot Court Team and interned with The Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Firm.
