Todd S. Shaw

Todd S. Shaw graduated with honors from New York University in 2004 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2007.

From 2007 to 2010, Todd worked in the Family Court Legal Services Division at the Administration for Children’s Services. In 2009 he received the Child Advocacy Award from the City of New York. He spent the next six years continuing to hone his litigation skills at the New York firms of Rosin Steinhagen Mendel and Heidell Pittoni Murphy & Bach, where he handled medical malpractice and construction accident matters.

Todd joined gartner + bloom PC in 2017. Todd handles a wide variety of matters, including insurance defense, construction law, premises liability, contract disputes, corporate litigation, commercial litigation, and landlord-tenant litigation. Todd has extensive courtroom experience and has argued before the Appellate Divisions, First and Second Departments. Todd is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
