Denis M. Carey is a Partner at gartner + bloom, P.C., where he represents clients in commercial litigation, products liability and toxic‑tort defense, municipal and premises liability matters, automobile and transportation claims, catastrophic loss actions, construction‑related litigation, and a broad range of general liability and complex tort disputes. Denis is regularly involved in high‑exposure and multi‑party matters, advising clients on liability, risk, and overall case strategy.
Denis earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College, City University of New York, and his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey. Outside of his practice, Denis enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter in New Jersey and is an avid golfer.
