Kyle Zuccheri is a Law Clerk at Gartner + Bloom, P.C., where he focuses on litigation matters. Prior to joining Gartner + Bloom, Kyle served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Frank Covello, P.J.Ch., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County, Chancery Division, where he conducted legal research and analysis and assisted the Court with probate, guardianship, fiduciary, and general equity matters.
Before his clerkship, Kyle spent nearly a decade working in litigation, including as a paralegal and summer associate at a prominent regional law firm in New Jersey. During that time, he worked on matters involving insurance defense, commercial litigation, environmental law, professional liability, employment law, construction litigation, tort litigation, medical malpractice, and cybersecurity.
Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he received a Merit Scholarship and was named to the Dean’s List. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, with Honors and Distinction, from Rutgers University, where he was also named to the Dean’s List and graduated in the top 10% of his class.
