Patrick Naranjo is an associate at gartner + bloom PC, where he focuses his practice on construction and complex civil litigation. He represents developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in Florida in disputes involving construction defects, delay and impact claims, payment disputes, and professional liability matters.

Patrick brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to defending clients throughout all phases of litigation—from pre-suit investigation through mediation, arbitration, and trial. His attention to detail and collaborative mindset help clients navigate complex legal challenges in the construction industry.

Prior to joining gartner + bloom PC, Patrick practiced at a national insurance defense firm in Orlando and Boca Raton, where he focused on construction defect litigation and related complex civil matters. In that role, he represented clients in disputes involving construction and design defects, delay claims, payment and lien issues, and professional liability, while also handling general liability matters, including premises liability, negligent security, and casualty defense.

Patrick earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Charles E. Sulek of the Ohio Sixth District Court of Appeals and held several leadership roles, including President and co-founder of the Latino/a Law Students Association and President of the Graduate Student Association. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of West Florida and is admitted to practice in Florida.
